You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law to the data controller, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Barış Çakır. The address for written requests is: Teşvikiye Caddesi No. 3A, Güneş Apartment, 1st Floor, 34367 Şişli / Istanbul.
You can submit your request to [email protected] using the email address you previously provided to us and which is registered in our system. Please include “KVKK Request” in the subject line of your email to help ensure your request is directed to the correct team.
You may submit your written application in person or by mail. For electronic applications submitted through methods other than certified email, you may use methods defined by law, such as a secure electronic signature or a mobile signature; you can find out which submission channel to use by contacting us via the contact information provided.
This information is intended for the evaluation of the official KVKK application. Do not include your Turkish ID number or identification document in the general inquiry or preliminary interview form. Additional information, as appropriate, may be requested to verify the identity of the applicant or their representative.
You may submit a request to find out whether your data is being processed; to obtain information about the data being processed, the purpose of processing, and the recipients; to have incorrect data corrected; to request the erasure or destruction of your data and notification to the relevant recipients, if the conditions are met; to object to a decision made against you as a result of automated processing; or to request compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing.
If you wish to withdraw your explicit consent, please clearly specify which process or form your withdrawal applies to.
Your application will be processed as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and no later than 30 days. If the request is approved or denied, the reason will be explained; the response will be provided in writing or electronically. If the process incurs costs, the fee provisions set forth in the relevant legislation may apply.
